Job Description:
- Installation, commissioning, and servicing of equipment at customer sites
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance of systems
- Troubleshooting technical issues and providing on-site support
- Ensuring timely service and customer satisfaction
- Maintaining service records, reports, and documentation
- Coordinating with internal technical and support teams
- Willingness to travel for field service assignments
- Required Skills & Competencies:
- Basic knowledge of electrical/electronic systems
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems
