Job Description:
- Handle server environment including server deployment, migrations, upgrades, patch management, application support, business continuity, deployment, trouble shooting and support on Azure and data center platforms.
- To create and enhance the automation using required scripts and tools.
- To create automation for specific Media server features for different operators/clients in compliance to the respective Feature requirement specifications.
- To analyze the impact of Server before release of new load.
- To quickly setup the system for demos for potential customers.
- To support the customer operation team for critical issues during production upgrade.
- To provide support during new patch installation and upgradations
