Educational Qualifications:
- Manager (Civil): Degree in Civil or Architecture Engineering
- Manager (Mechanical): Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Manager (Electrical): Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering
- Manager (Chemical): Degree in Chemical Engineering OR M.Tech in Applied Chemistry
- Manager (E&I): Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering, Electronics Communication & Instrumentation Engineering, Instrumentation & Process Control Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Applied Electronics or Instrumentation & Control Systems
Experience:
- Minimum Experience Required: 2 Years to 8 Years

Selection process For NALCO Recruitment 2026:
- The assessment for E03 grade vacancies will be made through Written Test or Computer-Based Test (CBT) and Personal Interview (PI)
- Weightage: Written Test/CBT – 85%, Personal Interview – 15%
- Initial shortlisting of the candidate will be done based on the criteria or experience mentioned along with information or declaration provided by the candidate at the time of submission of online application
- The Written Test or CBT shall be conducted at one or more locations or centers as decided by the Management
- Minimum Qualifying Marks in Written Test/CBT and Personal Interview:
- Un-reserved posts: 50% in each component
- SC/ST/OBC (Non creamy layer) and UR(PwBD): 40%
- OBC(PwBD)/SC(PwBD)/ST(PwBD): 30%
