Eligibility Criteria for Polycab Off Campus Drive 2026:
- Full-Time Engineering Students: Final-year students pursuing a full-time B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering from the selected list of colleges.
- No Active Backlogs and No Cases of Detention: Students who currently have active backlogs or have experienced academic detention are not eligible.
Annual Compensation:
- Entry Compensation: INR 4.5 LPA
- CTC on Confirmation: INR 5.7 LPA (inclusive of @20% incentive)
Selection Process for Polycab Off Campus Drive 2026:
1) Aptitude Assessment
Candidates will be required to complete an Aptitude Assessment designed to evaluate core analytical skills as part of the selection process. You will be required to attempt 20 questions in 20 minutes.
2) Psychometric Test
Shortlisted Candidates will undergo a 30-minute psychometric assessment to evaluate behavioural traits, cognitive abilities, and role fit as part of the selection process.
3) Final Interviews
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to the final interview round.
