Qualification for Sartorius Recruitment 2022:

Technical degree/diploma in engineering in electronics /electrical
0 to 2 years of proven service experience of analytical equipment
Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, service and calibrate technical equipment
Conversant with SAP E1P system is mandatory
High customer orientation
Familiarity with mobile tools and applications
Good command of spoken and written English
Good computer skills in Excel

Job Description:

Provide service and customer support during inhouse visits or dispatches
Manage all inhouse servicing, repair, maintenance and calibration tasks
Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
Produce timely and detailed calibration reports and dispatch it to customer
Ensure the timely and correct documentation of lab processes
Ensure data entry in SAP system and provide quotations and invoices to customer
Work closely with cross-functional teams and customer to ensure closure of pending payments
Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols
Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization
Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations / briefings
Contact customers concerning processes of the customer file
