Eligibility Criteria for SJVN Recruitment 2025:

Assistant(Accounts): B.Com with 40 wpm in typing Desirable: Proficiency in Computer Operation and Familiarization with MS Office
Assistant :Graduate Degree in any discipline from recognized University and 1-year course/ Diploma/ Certificate in Computer Application with MS Office & Typing Speed of 30 wpm in English and 25 wpm in Hindi
Driver: VIII class. Valid motor driving license for light vehicles
Electrician: ITI (Electrician)
Fitter: ITI (Fitter)
Turner: ITI (Turner)
Welder: ITI (Welder)
Storekeeper: ITI (Fitter/ Electrician/ Mechanic Machine Tool Maintenance/ Machinist/Instrument Mechanic/Lift & Escalator Mechanic/ CNC Machining Technician/ Small Hydro Power Plant Technician/ Wind Plant Technician) Desirable: Proficiency in Computer Operation and Familiarization with MS Office
Surveyor: ITI (Surveyor)

Age Limit:

Maximum Age limit: 30 Years

Selection Process for SJVN Recruitment 2025:

Stage of Examination:

A) For Workman Trainee (Electrician) / (Fitter) / (Turner) / (Welder) /(Storekeeper) / (Surveyor)

B) For Workman Trainee Assistant (Accounts)/ (Driver)/ (Assistant)

There shall be a CBT (computer based test) for all the notified categories
Trade test (qualifying nature only)
Document verification.

Medical fitness : On receipt of Offer of Appointment, joining in SJVN will be subject to Medical Fitness. Those selected candidates who are already employed elsewhere will be required to resign from their respective organization only after being declared medically fit as per extant medical rules of SJVN. If any candidate resigns from her/his present employment before being declared medically fit for joining in SJVN, then SJVN shall bear no responsibility, whatsoever, on this account.
