This programme is open exclusively to employees on the permanent payroll of Tata Group and Tata Joint Venture companies.
📌 Eligibility Criteria For TAS In-house Programme 2026
To be eligible for TAS In-house, candidates must meet the following:
✔️ Academic Qualification: A full-time Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (mandatory).
✔️ Work Experience: Minimum 2 continuous years of service within Tata Group.
✔️ Total Professional Experience: Not more than 6 years post bachelor’s degree.
✔️ Standardized Test Score: Must possess a valid GMAT / GMAT Focus / CAT / XAT score as defined in the official guidelines.

The selection process typically includes the following stages:

- Presentation Round (Case study)
