Eligibility Criteria for Tata Motors Early Career Program 2026:
- B.Tech / B.E. graduates from AICTE/ UGC approved institutes (2024 graduated batch)
- Specialization to be Selected for – Automobile | Electrical | Electronics | Electronics & Communication | Electrical & Electronics | Mechanical | Mechatronics
- Minimum 60% throughout academics
- Highest qualification completed within the stipulated timeframe:
- 3-year Diploma + 3-year B.Tech OR
- 12th (2 years) + 4-year B.Tech
- Professionals within 12 (Min.) – 24 (Max.) months of work experience, excluding internship/apprenticeship period.
- Candidate must have completed 12 months of experience as of the date of application
- Currently unemployed candidates are not eligible
