Chief Manager – IT Database Administrator (Scale IV)
Educational Qualifications:
- Minimum 60 Marks in B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/Information Technology/Electronics/Electrical Electronics/Electronics Communication
- OR MCA/M.Sc. Computer Science/IT
- Institute should be recognized/approved by Government bodies/AICTE
- Mandatory Certifications: Oracle Certified Associate and/or Oracle Certified Professional
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Fine tune the system, Manage roles and Privileges
- Analyze all the needed data warehouse activities and identify what essential resources they require
- Prepare a design for all metadata relating to various Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes
- Create both logical and physical data models
- Design Data warehouse, Data Models, OLAP system, Experience in Oracle PL/SQL
- Replication and high-availability solutions (Data Guard, AlwaysOn, Clustering, Replication/Mirroring)
Work Experience:
- With Bachelors Degree: Minimum total Experience in IT/BFSI – Minimum 7 years in which 5 years experience in database, data modelling and Exadata Platform
- With Masters Degree: Minimum 5 years in which 3 years experience in database, data modelling and Exadata Platform
Chief Manager – Economist (Scale IV)
Educational Qualifications:
- 02 years regular Post-Graduation degree in Economics/Econometrics from a University/Institution recognized by Govt. of India
- Candidates with specialization in Financial Economics/Behavioral Economics will be preferred
- Candidates from premier Institutes/Universities such as Delhi School of Economics, Madras School of Economics, JNU, Jamia Millia Islamia University, IGIDR etc., OR from institutes of national importance as published by MHRD, Govt. of India will be preferred
Work Experience:
- Minimum 5 years in Rating Agencies/Banks/PDs
- Work experience should preferably be in Analysis and forecasting of economic indicators, writing research reports on topics related to banking and Economics, Application of econometric models in Banking, evaluation of issues related to monetary and fiscal policy, Analysing market trends
Chief Manager – IT with CISA/CISM/CISSP qualifications (Scale IV)
Educational Qualifications:
- Essential: B.E./B.Tech in Information Technology/Computer Science/Electronics/Electronics Instrumentations OR Master in Computer Application OR Master of Science (M.Sc) in Computer Science or IT with minimum 60 Marks
- Institute must be recognized/approved by Government bodies/AICTE
- Essential Certifications: CISA (Certified Information Security Auditor) OR CISM (Certified Information Security Manager) OR CISSP (Certified Information System Security Professional)
- Desirable: ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, CEH, CRISC, C-CISO etc.
Work Experience:
- Minimum 7 years experience in IT Information Security (IS Audit Domain) within Banking/BFSI/CERT-In empanelled Information Security Organisations engaged in BFSI sector
- In which minimum 3 years experience in conducting Information Systems (IS Audit)/Cyber Security Audit of Systems such as Core Banking Solution, Digital Payment channels, DC/DR Sites including Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing, Cloud Security Audits, Network Security Audits etc.
- Experience in VAPT tools like Nessus, Retina, SAINT and Kali Linux and other system tools
Senior Manager – Risk (Scale III)
Educational Qualifications:
- Essential: Graduate/Post-graduate in any discipline from a University/Institution recognized by Govt. of India/approved by Govt. Regulatory bodies
- AND Certificate in Financial Risk Management from Global Association of Risk (GARP) OR Professional Risk Management Certification from PRIMA Institute
