Eligibility Criteria For Exim Bank Deputy Manager Recruitment 2026:
- Qualification: Minimum 60% aggregate marks / equivalent Cumulative Grade Points Average (CGPA), in Graduation. The graduation course should be of a minimum 3-year full time duration.
- Essential Qualification: Post Graduation (MBA / PGDBA / PGDBM / MMS) with specialization in Finance / International Business / Foreign Trade or Chartered Accountant (CA). Post Graduation course should be of a minimum 2-year full time duration, with a specialization in Finance with minimum 60% aggregate marks / equivalent CGPA. In case of CA, passing the professional examination is sufficient. Membership of ICAI is mandatory. The University / Institute should be recognised / approved by Government / AICTE / UGC. The candidates having completed their graduation and postgraduation courses through correspondence/part-time/open university/open learning/external/distance learning are not eligible.
- Experience: Minimum 01 year of Post Qualification (Post Graduation or Chartered Accountant) work experience in a reputed commercial bank/financial institution/state level term lending institution, with skills in project finance, credit appraisal, term lending, analysis of cross-border risks and financing of overseas joint-ventures.

- Not below 21 years and not above 28 years as on December 31, 2025.
- Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe (SC/ST): 33 Years
- Other Backward Classes (Non-Creamy Layer): 31 Years
Selection process For Exim Bank Deputy Manager Recruitment 2026:
- The Selection Process will comprise Written test and Personal Interview.
- Candidates who are shortlisted based on the performance in the Written test will be called for Personal Interview.
- Final list shall be drawn based on overall performance of the candidate in Written examination and interviews. The marks obtained in written examination out of [Out of 100 with 70% weightage] and Interview [Out of 100 with 30% weightage] shall form the basis for final selection.
