Eligibility Criteria for IBM Off Campus Drive 2025:
- BE/ B.Tech/ ME/ M.Tech with Branches – Computer Science, Information Science, Electronics Engineering
Required technical and professional expertise:
- Proficiency in c/c++, Python ,Java, automation tools (Terraform, Ansible), and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
- Hands on experience in Linux packages porting, Container technologies, Kubernetes, Dockers, Virtualization Management, REST API, Catalog Services, Micro Services,DevOps CICD Jenkins , Travis skillsExperience with python/java/c programming
- Knowledge of Observability Solutions and toolsCloud native development and deployment
- Ability to interlock, understand and engage with various stake holders and communicate status
- Communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills are also crucial.
- Writing and executing unit, functional, and integration test casesSelenium, Terraform, Ansible , Jenkins skills
- Exposure to source code management toolsExposure to porting of packagesZ Systems experience and exposure to Catalog Services, Micro ServicesPrior experience/exposure to Storage, Networking and Security would be an added advantage

Responsibilities include:
- Understanding of enterprise microservices architectures and implementations
- Excellent troubleshooting, follow-through, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated analytical skills and data structures/algorithms fundamentals
- Demonstrated verbal and written communications skills
- Experience in installing and deploying solutions to Kubernetes (OpenShift preferred)
- Can manage multiple customer accounts and projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of hybrid-cloud software implementations, SaaS / IaaS / PaaS and cloud applications
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies
