Eligibility Criteria for Pawan Hans Recruitment 2026:
- Assistant Manager (IT): BE/ B. Tech/ Post Graduate Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information System / Information Technology or equivalent / MCA from a recognized University/ Institution.
- Network / System Administrator : BE/ B. Tech/ Post Graduate Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information System / Information Technology/Electronics and Communication/ Electricals/ Electronics & Instrumentation/ Electronics Design & Technology/ Applied Electronics/ Electronics & Telecommunication or equivalent/ MCA from a recognized University/ Institution.
- Assistant Manager (Vigilance): BE/ B. Tech/ LLB OR MBA / PG Degree/ Two years Diploma in any discipline from a recognized University/ Institution.
- Safety Manager: Diploma in AME; BE/ B. Tech in Aeronautical/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Avionics with 5 years of relevant work experience of which 2 years should be in aviation industry at equivalent/ next below grade of Rs. 40000- 140000 in a large and reputed organization. OR
- Deputy Continued Airworthiness Manager: BE/ B. Tech Degree in Aeronautical/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronic or B.Sc. in Aeronautical/ Aerospace or equivalent OR
- Continued Airworthiness Manager: Diploma in AME; BE/ B. Tech Degree in Aeronautical/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronic or B.Sc. in Aeronautical/ Aerospace or equivalent OR
- Deputy Quality Manager: Diploma in AME; BE/ B. Tech Degree in Aeronautical/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronic or B.Sc. in Aeronautical/ Aerospace or equivalent OR
- Officer (CPMS): An Engineering degree or equivalent in any discipline (aeronautical, mechanical, electrical, electronics and telecommunications) or Aircraft Maintenance License in B1 or B2 category issued by DGCA or Basic Aircraft Maintenance Engineering License in Mechanical or Avionics streams
- Station Manager: A Master’s degree/ Two years PG Diploma in Journalism and Mass Communication/ Mass Media/ Public Relations or equivalent from a recognized University/ Institution.
Age Limit: 30 to 45 Years as on 2nd January 2026 (Age Relaxation applicable).
Selection Process for Pawan Hans Recruitment 2026:
- Candidates will be shortlisted for Interview based on the scrutiny of application as per the criteria laid down in the advertisement.
- Verification of eligibility claims of the candidates with original documents will be done on the day of interview.
- However, candidates, at the discretion of Management, may be called for documentation on any other day before scheduling the personal interview.
- Details of candidates shortlisted for Documentation/ Personal Interview will be posted on PHL website only.
- Call Letters to shortlisted candidates will also be sent to their registered e-mails IDs.
- After Document Verification, the provisionally shortlisted candidates will be interviewed by an approved panel of 5-6 members.
- Final selection will be made in order of merit prepared on the basis of marks obtained by the candidates in interview subject to meeting all other eligibility criteria prescribed for the post.

- Candidates are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs. 295/- (Rupees two hundred ninty five) inclusive of GST @ 18% through online mode. In case candidate is unable to pay the fee online, he can deposit the same in form of Demand Draft drawn in favor of Pawan Hans Limited payable at Delhi/Noida.
